The production of STACBOND composite panels follows a process controlled by rigorous testing and quality control, allowing it to carry the CE mark used in each of the 6 internationally certified installation systems. In addition, the production unit is ISO 9001 certified.

The STACBOND® composite panel is a composite material of two aluminium sheets and an inner core of mineral filling. It has excellent mechanical properties providing bending stiffness with reduced weight, smooth surface, durability, and easy maintenance. Specially designed for both newly constructed ventilated facades as well as for such for renovation or refurbishment. Its manufacturing standard consists of an outer sheet of 5005 aluminium alloy and an inner sheet of 3105. Two different cores are available depending on their mineral load, which can be hard-burnable or fire-resistant and is classified (in accordance with UNE 13501 -1:2007 standard) as A2-s1, d0 (STACBOND A2) and B-s1, d0 (STACBOND FR).

There is a wide range of colours, brightness, matt, textures and natural finishes. It can also be supplied in any RAL/PANTONE/NCS colour chart. The STACBOND composite panel is available in multiple standard sizes up to 2000 mm. wide. Other sizes can be supplied on request.
