DOUBLE SKIN FACADES

- The perforated aluminum panel is lightweight, highly efficient with a suitable alloy. The patterns can be perforated shapes or stretched mesh. All these perforations can be combined with 3D shapes, which can make the building even more vivid.

ALUMINIUM EXPANDED MESH
- Expanded Aluminium Pate is both versatile and economical. It is more cost-effective compared with perforated metals. Because it is slit and expanded, it creates less materials waste during manufacturing, thus you don’t have to pay for the material loss in the production process.
- Aluminium expanded sheets have excellent strength to weight ratio and a number of patterns to choose from.
- Expanded Sheet allows easy passages of sound, air and light, with open areas ranging from 40% to 70%. It is available in most material types and finishes, and highly versatile for producing different shapes, cutting, tube and roll forming.
- Aluminium Expanded Mesh is a key material for building and architecture engineering. It is used for ventilating, security and decorations, since its openings allow the passages of air, light, heat and sound, and its material is lightweight. In addition, formed with decorative diamond pattern, expanded mesh can be used aesthetically, and may be found in applications like shelving, partitions, ceiling tiles, architectural cladding and more. It is also widely applied in filtration, laths, screen, fences or other industries.

ALUMINIUM STANDING SEAM ROOFING AND CLADDING
- The standing seam metal roof and facade systems have been on the market for nearly 40 years now and have proven itself in some of the world’s most challenging climatic conditions.
- Known for its flexibility, exceptional resistance and ease of installation, it is the choice for architects across the globe looking to match high quality with design.
- The specially developed drainage channel of the panels means the system can be installed on long, flat roofs by eliminating the risk of rain leaking, whilst the special resin based clips used for installation allow for free thermal expansion of the panels without running the risk of damaging the clips or panels themselves.
CERAMIC TILES
- Ceramic tiles today considered to be the most efficient, safest form of exterior cladding.
- Ventilated facades ensure high energy savings for buildings of up to 20 or 30%. In addition, their different layers improve on buildings’ sound insulation, a factor of major importance in cities with high noise levels.
- The installation system minimizes execution times, and ventilated facades only require minimal maintenance. In addition, broken tiles can easily be replaced with no need for building work.
TERRACOTA FACADE SYSTEM

- The terracotta extruded tiles are designed with a wide range of formats, colors and finishes to create a building with a modern, innovative appearance whilst at the same time, preserving the traditional appearance of terracotta.
- The environmentally friendly material can withstand the coldest winters and warmest summers, with little to no maintenance. Thanks to its natural composition and production under high temperatures, the baked clay panels come as standard with an A1 class fire rating. Furthermore, terracotta ventilated facade panels naturally provide thermal benefits to boost the thermal efficiency of buildings.
- Thanks to its ability to reflect external noise pollution, terracotta ventilated facades has a high level of acoustic reduction.
- The panels reaction to fire is achieving an A1 rating. Thanks to the low absorption (less than 1%) properties of terracotta, environmental pollution does not tend to penetrate the panel surface, therefore rainwater usually provides a sufficient clean to restore panels to their best.

HPL HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE
- HPL EXTERIOR is made for all external applications. In addition to its use as a facade cladding, it can also be used for any outdoor applications such as balconies, outdoor furniture, sun protection, sheds, railings, signs, porches, balustrades, decorative fences, blinds and a wide range of other exterior applications.
- HPL EXTERIOR is extremely weather-resistant, self-supporting, robust, rigid composite material manufactured at a high temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and with a high pressure of 9 megapascals.
- The core of the material consists of phenolic resin impregnated wood saturated layers of kraft paper.
- Decorative surfaces are made of thermo-reactive resins impregnated with decorative wood cellulose layers of paper, reinforced with UV resistant foils.

- HPL EXTERIOR panels are available in standard quality (HPL EXTERIOR) and fire resistant (HPL EXTERIOR-FR, B s2 d0).

FIBER CEMENT
- Fiber cement boards have been produced relatively recently, but technology has been quickly perfected to achieve a lasting, durable and aesthetically beautiful facade material.
- The components are reinforced cement with cellulose fiber. It offers aesthetically different surfaces: smooth, wood textured imitation, natural stone, edged bricks and others.
- Fibro cement is an ecological material, it does not contain any harmful particles. Long lasting and durable material.
- During production, the boards are subjected to high temperature pressures, hence the board are highly resistant to the most aggressive conditions.
- No affect by UV rays, moisture and water. The boards do not affect by bad environmental conditions, as well as the temperature expansions is and much smaller than other façade materials. They have good insulation properties and sound-proofing qualities.
- Fiber Cement is not flammable. The material is becoming more and more important in building holding fire classification (Class A1,s1,d0; EN 13501-1).

COPPER AND ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS

COPPER AND ROOF SOLUTIONS
- AKSAL Copper Sheets and Coils are manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities. Made of Cu-DHP oxygen-free, phosphorus- deoxidised copper with limited residual phosphorus. Cu-DHP is suitable for welding and soldering and is at least 99.9% (pure copper). Cu-DHP is extremely malleable regardless of the temperature or the direction of rolling. Both roof and façade materials exceed the requirements of EN 1172 regarding tolerances and, most importantly, the properties of the material. This gives the facade or the roof an excellent appearance.
- AKSAL Copper Sheets and Coils are produced with a bright and shiny copper surface. After installation, it develops a matt, dark brown surface due to the naturally natural oxidation from the atmosphere. During the initial oxidation, before the dark-brown oxide layer is found on the surface of the copper, a number of brown shades and even purple nuances can develop. Over time, the typical copper green patina develops. This gives the building a unique accent and the protective character of the patinated layer contributes to the exceptional longevity of the material.

ROOF PUR PANELS

- The PSR1000 is a roof covering system. It consists of two steel plates and a polyurethane foam core. The PSR1000 roof system provides easy and fast installation, high thermal insulation and waterproofing.
- PSR1000 roof panels can be combined with dual layer translucent polyester panels that provide natural lighting in the area covered, contributing significantly to energy savings.
- The panels are mainly produced with galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets. Production with aluminum sheets and stainless steel is possible upon request.
- Available lengths from 0.5 to 16 meters. For longer lengths please contact us.
- The PSR1000 roof covering system can be used in numerous applications such as roofs of metal buildings, canopies, parking lots, sports facilities, bungalows, mobile homes and many other constructions.
- The roof panels can also (under certain conditions) be installed in buildings with special architectural requirements such as curved roofs.
- Roof panels are also available in PIR core fire resistant up to 30min.
FACADE PUR PANELS

- PSCW1000 wall cladding system is a structural element for the side (wall) coverage of buildings. It is composed of two steel sheets separated by a core of polyurethane foam. The PSCW1000 system is easy and fast to install and offers high thermal and water insulation.
- The PSCW1000 wall panels are available with insulation thickness from 30mm to 100mm and in 6 different designs which may be combined to offer a superior aesthetic and functional walling result.
- All insulation thicknesses are available with concealed fixation (the screw is not visible) at no extra charge.
- While panels are usually produced with pre-painted galvanized steel sheets they can also be produced using aluminium or stainless steel sheets. For special requests please contact us.
- Panels are available in lengths from 0,50 to 15 meters. Longer lengths may be considered upon request.

FRIGO PANELS

- PSF1000 frigo panels are structural elements for construction of refrigeration units as well food processing and production areas. Each panel is composed of two steel sheets separated by a core of polyurethane foam.
- Easy and rapid installation combined with excellent fastening between panels make the PSF1000 system an ideal solution for all industrial refrigeration applications.
- The PSF1000 frigo panels are available with insulation thickness from 80mm to 200mm. PIR composition is available for 80mm, 100mm and 120mm. Concealed fastening, where the fastening screws are not visible, is additionally available in 80mm and 100mm panels at no extra charge.
- While panels are usually produced with pre-painted galvanized steel sheets they can also be produced using aluminium or stainless steel sheets. For special requests please contact us.
